Physioworld, established in 2023 is a concept developed to provide treatment in the form of therapy, education which involves management of injuries, manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation to populations across the lifespan.

We utilise different sorts of treatments for different clinical presentations which range from manual therapy (hands on) to supervised exercises with and without equipment based on level of ability. We may also use mildly invasive techniques such as dry needling in apparent pathologies if therapist finds the need to incorporate the technique and or to facilitate recovery.

Geriatric Physiotherapy
We are certified in designing evidence driven exercise programs from osteoarthritis through “Good Life with osteoArthritis Denmark Australia (GLAD program)
Exercise Programs
Exercise prescription is never the same and every exercise is different. We design targeted and goal driven exercise programs for broad range of health conditions for populations across the lifespan.
Sports Injury rehabilitation
Step by step protocol for sports injuries such as ACL, post operative ligament and joint injuries which incorporate contraindications or precautions for a specified injury.
Home visits
Sessions where we bring care to you in form of therapy (exercises, manual hands-on services and any other rehabilitation equipment or device that may benefit your recovery.
Neurological rehabilitation
For patients who require physiotherapy following injuries or trauma to the brain (stroke, traumatic brain injuries, parkinsons)
Occupational therapy
We assess home or office-based ergonomics. Be it your office chair or advice on whether you require any equipments to make work life from home easier.
Dry Needling
A form of treatment mainly for pain management and reduction in muscle tension in order to initiate or facilitate tissue healing.
